How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Subscriptions
  4. Tap Klyp Pro
  5. Cancel Subscription

Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't charge or ask why.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Account → DANGER ZONE → Delete account. It will require double confirmation (type "DELETE" to enable the final button).

Warning: deletion is permanent and immediate. There is no recovery, not even by contacting us. If you want to use Klyp again, you'll need to create a new account.

I can't download a video from X

Some common causes:

  • Private or protected tweet: Klyp can only download from public tweets.
  • Tweet deleted between copying the link and processing.
  • Region-restricted tweet that X doesn't make available in all countries.
  • Unstable connection — try again on Wi-Fi.

If none of these apply, send the tweet link to our email with the error that appeared.

I didn't receive the verification email
  1. Check spam or promotions folder.
  2. Wait up to 5 minutes — some providers are slow.
  3. Confirm you typed the correct email when creating your account.
  4. Use the "Resend email" option inside the app.

If it still doesn't arrive, send an email from the address you used at signup — we'll verify manually.

How do I disconnect my X account?

Two ways:

Both are equivalent — the access token is revoked in seconds.

Does Klyp send my videos to external servers?

No. Automatic reframe, captions, and media processing run 100% on your iPhone, using Apple's Core ML, Vision, and Speech frameworks.

Can I request a subscription refund?

Subscription refunds are processed by Apple, not by us. Request at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID.
