01 Is it legal to download videos from X (Twitter)?
Yes, for personal use of public videos. Klyp won't download from private or protected accounts. Reposting and commercial use depend on the destination platform's rules. You're responsible for what you do with the video afterward.
02 Can I download a video from a protected account or a DM?
In the normal flow you never log in — Klyp grabs any public video from X directly, no account needed. If a video only shows up when you're logged in (a protected account you follow, a post shared via DM), you can link your X account in the app once to unlock those cases. It's opt-in, and Klyp never creates an account, posts, or follows anyone for you.
03 Does Klyp have an Android or web version?
No. Klyp is iOS-native (iPhone, iOS 17+). There are no Android or web plans for v1.
04 Where are downloaded videos saved?
All local on your iPhone, in the Klyp library. You can export to Photos anytime. Our infrastructure never stores your videos.
05 How do I cancel Klyp Pro?
In your Apple ID settings, under Subscriptions. Cancel anytime, no questions asked, inside or outside the trial.
